unpleasant odordifficult system
the room smelled quite bad. it was a very unpleasant odor, i can't even describe it properly. the temperature of the water also kept changing while i was showering, very annoying and the system to turn the water on and off wasn't easy to use.

Check-in was quick. A fan was already in the room. That was A NICE touch. I found the location good, with easy access and excellent parking. The staff proved accommodating and helpful.
The hot drinks at breakfast were somewhat limited.

the room was clean. there was a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk on the table.
The bacon at breakfast was undercooked for my liking. there were no lattes or cappuccino available. the only fruit available was apples and pears. Bananas and fruit salad were missing.

the staff was really friendly I received a quiet room on an upper floor upon request this was great I was given plenty of tea bags too I appreciated that. the room was also a good size. i found the bed very comfortable.
